When we embarked on our mission to clean the carpeting through-out our club house as well as our fairway home, our expectations were extremely high, perhaps unrealistic so. It should be no surprise to you that I am writing to acknowledge and thank you for not only exceeding our expectations, but exceeding them to a degree and in ways we
could not have anticipated.
As you know, our profession is becoming increasingly competitive. Attracting and retaining new customers is essential to our continued success. The attractiveness of our facility or lack there of, has an impact on our bottom line. Annually, we have had companies clean our carpeting/tile, often with marginal improvement. But this year, I’m not sure that I can adequately describe what has taken place.
